Is a security bond required?
Yes. A refundable security bond is required at check‑in to cover any incidental charges or damages during your stay. The bond will be released after departure, subject to a room inspection and processing times by your bank.
Is Arrow on Swanston a non‑smoking property?
Yes. All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non‑smoking. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, balconies, or common areas. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is not followed.
What do I need to provide at check‑in?
Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit or debit card in the name of the booking for the security bond. The cardholder must be present at check‑in and be minimum of 18 years of age.

Can the sofa bed be set up before arrival?
Yes. If your room includes a sofa bed, please advise reception before arrival if you would like it set up. Linen is provided. Extra costs may be applicable.
